As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for DiscountMugs.com, you will play a key role in refining our marketing strategies across email, SMS, and other digital messaging platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical approach to optimize our communication streams, enhancing their effectiveness to better meet business goals and customer engagement metrics. You will be responsible for the tactical execution of communication strategies, ensuring they resonate with our diverse clientele, comprising mainly small businesses and individual consumers.
*This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to work both remotely and on-site as dictated by business needs. Must be available to come to the office as required.*
Essential Functions: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whose performance of the function can be distributed.)
- Manage the end-to-end execution of direct-to-consumer campaigns across our owned channels including Email and SMS.
- Plan, design, and implement the D2C Marketing calendar, where the scope of work includes, but is not limited to: copy briefing, template briefing, audience segmentation development, campaign deployment, testing & optimization, and performance reporting.
- Audit and refine existing automated flows as well as identify opportunities for new programs that will drive incremental channel engagement, site traffic and conversion.
- Design and execute the cross-channel A/B testing roadmap to improve performance metrics as well as broaden customer insights.
- Build a strategic Reporting framework in efforts to democratize campaign performance and customer insights.
- Collaborate with a talented marketing team, promoting an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align specific communications strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by supervisors or management.

Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on CRM and/or Lifecycle Marketing communications.
- Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with Customer Engagement and Analytics tools; ideally Klaviyo, Measured and Google Analytics 4.
- Demonstrated capability in executing marketing strategies and communications in an e-commerce environment.

- Proficient analytical skills with a proven ability to operate on a data-driven basis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
