JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* An initial project would be helping the company transition to paperless
* Handle all accounts payable duties
* Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for projects
* Provide financial analysis
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure project financial goals are met
* Prepare and review project invoices and ensure timely payment
* Assist with project audits and compliance
* Assist with payroll
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
* Proven experience as a Project Accountant or similar role
* At least 3 years of relevant experience
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting and tracking expenses
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* CPA preferred but not required
