Project Manager Job duties:
- Manage emphasis on industrial mechanical process piping construction
- Monitor accuracy, quality and detail of finished product to expectations of customers
- Designs, estimates, manage subcontractors, internal construction crews, etc.
- Contract negotiation with customers, vendors and subcontractors
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Structural, Civil or Electrical preferred
- Familiarity with ASME B31.3 (piping), AWS D1.1 (structure) API 650 & JL142 (tanks)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Project, AFT Fathom 8
