JOB SUMMARY
This Training Solutions role will be responsible for administering the Learning Management Systems in addition to supporting the development of instructor led training and online learning for technical, customer, employee training content. The Training Solutions Specialist will manage the administrative functions required for the team to include coordinating training events for internal and external participants, virtually and in person.

REPORTING STRUCTUREThe Training Solutions Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Training Solutions and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- System administer for two Learning Management Systems (LMS) for employees and customer’s ensuing configuration for optimal learning experience
- Responsible for content management, including online course publishing and loading of courses to LMS
- Ensures integrations between open source library are working properly, and accurate data is passing between internal and external systems in a timely manner
- Plan, coordinate, and implement new functionalities and enhancements to the LMS through informative communication efforts
- Design basic eLearning courses with media-rich, interactive learning components such as infographics, job aids, gamification, training guides, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with external instructional designers and eLearning vendors to generate digital assets for online training programs
- Schedule internal and external customer training session in LMS
- Coordinate large, multi-phase projects and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Monitor existing programs for quality and acts as an advisor to facilitators to ensure worthwhile training and a quality training experience
- Perform administrative duties relating to training & development programs; support the development of materials, preparing job aids, training set up, and tracking training results through reporting for quarterly training reporting
- Accountable for scheduling, preparing, and execution of sessions for New Hire Orientation, 7 Habits, OSHA, and other employee trainings
- Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment with guidance from Subject Matter Experts
- Coordinate all customer and employee training events including preparation and set up of training room/facility
- Order and prepare/coordinate training materials to include ordering catering for events and off-site event set up
- Compose and distribute class communications/notifications
- Manage registration process and provide registration support
- Prepare and distribute certificates of completion
- Coordinate with fulfillment company, vendors, and storage companies to ensure inventory levels and distribution needs are met
- Compile and distribute training evaluation data
- Maintains a calendar of all training activities for both internal and external events
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Marketing or communication a plus
- 4 years of experience supporting training for internal and external customers
- 2 years of experience working as an administrator in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning required
- Familiarity with SCORM functionality required
- Technical skills including LMS troubleshooting and an understanding of directory file structures and systems
- Familiarity with Learning Management System and authoring tools such as SuccessFactors, Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, iSpring
- Comprehension of ADDIE model, adult learning theories, and basic knowledge of instructional design theory
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Demonstrated assertive, persuasive, and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to develop and deliver professional presentations, strong organization and time-management skills.
- Skilled team player with a focus on being proactive while handling multiple tasks
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office software packages.
- Strong desire to want learn about learning and development in a global business in a fast pace environment
