Responsibilities- Bookkeeper:

  • Ability to complete transaction records through to trial balance
  • Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts
  • Balance and reconcile Accounts and Schedules, posting General Ledger entries as needed
  • A/R & A/P knowledge
  • Record cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and post deals, reconcile bank statements
  • Process and post factory warranty and incentive
  • Calculate commission for weekly payroll and manage schedules
  • Assist with ongoing Accounting projects and duties as needed


Qualifications/Requirements- Bookkeeper:

  • Bookkeeping experience is required
  • Automotive experience is preferred
  • Must be internet savvy and have experience using CDK
  • Outstanding attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
