What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Supervisor position at Bellator Defense?
We are hiring a full time security manager for 3 Denver based bars. These locations have a team of 40 guards. Experience in managing a team and security are required. Managers are expected to have excellent customer service skills and complete ongoing training. The ability to verbally de-escalate and intervene physically are required. A Denver Guard License is required within 2 weeks of hire. Additional training in firearms and force options will be provided.
