Patient Admissions Rep (PAR) - Urgent Care Ashwaubenon

Location: 1630 Commanche Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313

Shift Hours:

Casual Part-Time 0.3 FTE (12hours/week), only 1- 12 hour shifts 0800-2000 a week! Rotating holiday coverage, no call, every 5th weekend.

Job Description:

Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate registration process of patients while meeting payor requirements. Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.

Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboarding skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.
