Communication Specialist

Communications:

• 
  Lead the development and execution of the internal communication strategy and action plan aligning with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover innovative ideas and deliver comprehensive communications plans across all channels and brands
• Accountable for the accurate, timely and successful delivery of all marketing communications activities to support the business goals.
• Demonstrate leadership by identifying trends, opportunities, issues, and best practices across marketing communications
• Manage annual Internal Communications calendar inclusive of special events information, charity initiatives, awards, performance against goals, etc.
• Develop and maintain a database of current photography, videography, and other stock images for intra-company access.

Social Media:

• 
  Manage and maintain Bellisio web domains, working with internal/external stakeholders coordinating website and intranet enhancements and updates.
• Develop and manage corporate wide Social Media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Gather and analyze data analytics from websites and social media accounts to maximize Bellisio SEO.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, and 5 years relevant work experience that demonstrates proficiency in marketing
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Experience developing and implementing marketing communication programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills - clear, concise, creative, and persuasive
• Demonstrated ability of responsible decision making
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload and tasks
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to set and follow priorities, manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in an environment that is constantly changing
• Effective project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to design and develop web-based content and pages
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
• Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Effectively assess needs of internal customers and identify impactful marketing communication solutions to meet business needs
• CPG industry experience preferred
