Position Impact on the Organization
The RSM, Partner Solutions is responsible for helping BellXcel to achieve both revenue goals and those that allow us to positively impact the lives of as many children as possible. The RSM will be responsible for qualifying leads, opportunity creation, presentations and demonstrations of the BellXcel platform, and signing and expanding customers within a geographic territory. The primary audience for BellXcell's solutions are CEOs or leaders in youth programming for summer and afterschool at community-based organizations (YMCA's, Boys and Girls Clubs, 4H Clubs etc.), elementary and Middle Schools and districts, charter academies, and youth/recreation camps.
A proven record of new partner acquisitions and consistently meeting or exceeding goals is essential in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Creating, Implementing, and Maintaining an annual territory plan
- Maintaining consistent and efficient daily prospecting metrics
- Managing an enterprise solution sale with a 5-10 month purchasing cycle and multiple stakeholders (partners, funders, and influencers)
- CRM Hygiene-Timely pipeline updates and opportunity creation using SalesForce.
- Learning about the appropriate funding streams (ESSER, ESSA, Title 1, 21st CCLC, etc.) and how to consult potential customers on ways they can pay for their programs.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
- Preparing presentations, MOUs, and price quotations.
- Managing sales pipeline of $2 million to $4 million. (with ability to impact 15k-35k children)
- Ability to upsell and sell additional products/services into existing partners.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Multiple years of exceeding sales targets with a senior-level buyer
- Previous SaaS business experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Growth mindset
- Excel at building and leveraging strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Helpful if experience using the following:
- SalesForce
- Microsoft Suite of Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Google Suite of Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- SalesLoft or other sales automation tools
- Willingness to travel 40% a year (Outside of the pandemic)
Desired Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably within a SaaS company
