WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing direct supervision, training and leadership to Caregivers and Medication Technicians
- Assisting the Director of Resident Care Services in the overall coordination and management of our clinical services department supporting regulatory compliance, quality compliance, resident care outcomes and clinical assessments.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers and families to ensure exceptional continuity of care.
- Assisting with staffing to ensuring adequate nurse and care coverage
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu
- Current LVN/LPN License with CPR Certification
- Manages conflict in a positive and constructive manner
- Ability to efficiently learn and utilize various software systems
- Ability to work schedules assigned in a 24-hour operation when emergency coverage is essential
- Ability to work independently with advanced critical thinking skills
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
