PAYROLL & HR ADMIN | CORPORATE SUPPORT SERVICES (CSS)
WHO IS BELTMANN RELOCATION GROUP - CSS:
Beltmann is the largest agent for North American Van Lines and an industry leader in household goods, commercial, and logistics relocations. Our Corporate Support Services department operates as Headquarters and supports 12 branches nationwide.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prepare and process payroll for 400 employees.
- Publish payroll reports and distribute payroll and tax liability information for banking and taxes.
- Respond to child support orders, levies, and garnishments and prepare and process entries for payroll.
- Process new hire benefit enrollment, benefit changes, and termination of benefits.
- Audit benefit payables for accuracy with payroll deductions and process any changes.
- Process verifications of employment for employees and contractors.
- Prepare month-end journal entries for payroll wages, taxes, benefits, and wage accruals.
- Assist with special projects, as required.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- You have experience processing payroll for a mid-sized company.
- Proficient in HRIS software, UKG preferred.
- You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- You are proficient in the use of standard software packages, including Microsoft Office.
- You have strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
