The Branch Administrator is responsible for organizing and scheduling specific aspects of branch operations, including irrigation and enhancement work, yard organization, and material and supplies oversight. Provides assistance with client management including the creation of budgets, contracts, proposals, and assists with managing work orders. Follows all Company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Performs related work as required.
Schedules and completes time and work tickets for all crews
Creates all proposals, punch lists, and board reports
Creates client budgets
Helps manage client work orders as needed
Schedules and orders needed materials and keeps the office and branch organized and stocked
Processes vacation/sick time requests
Provides excellent service (e.g. accurate, complete, timely) to clients, team members, and other Bemus staff
Additional, related responsibilities will be included in this position
Qualifications and Skills
Positive attitude; ability to follow rules and instructions, work safely, and work well with others
Ability to multi-task, handle a fast-paced work environment and work well under stress
Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Spanish
Professional landscape maintenance, office management, and/or human resources experience preferred
A 2 or 4-year degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or other related field is beneficial, but not required
A combination of experience and education as outlined above is ideal
Basic knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods associated with landscape management (e.g., horticulture, plant identification, irrigation, etc.)
Competence in math and technology
Good time management and organization
Ability to solve problems in a positive and practical manner
A valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record may be required
