We are currently looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist / Office Assistant to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers, and excellent communications skills. This position is the initial contact to our clients, and customers.
What you will be doing:
- Initial contact with our clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls
- Making outbound calls
- Scheduling service request, routing maintenance, and sales appointments
- Communicate specials, pricing, and any scheduling changes with customers
- Support other office needs

Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Scale: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Pass background and drug screen
- 2 years related experience and/or training in customer service, scheduling, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Stellar customer service skills
- A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
- Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians
- The ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy
- Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team
