What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR Associate position at Benchmark?

Our AR and Shipping departments work hand in hand, so this associate would be working in both departments. In AR, this Associate helps customers by setting up and posting payments (credit card, check, direct deposit, wires and ACH) and handles some collection calls. You will be responsible for following up on payment issues, and updating payment methods accordingly. Additionally, you would also be a back up for shipping by assisting in daily packaging needs and plugging in when the main shipping person is out of the office. Excellent customer communication, organization, ability to handle high volume transactions, and self-motivation are key to success in this department.
