We are currently seeking both entry-level and experienced candidates to join our team in full-time BCBA salary positions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavior analytic field and be eager to work in a hybrid model, providing services both in clients' homes and at our clinic in Lanham, MD. If you have a passion for working with children and a strong interest in learning about ABA Therapy and autism, we provide comprehensive training to support your development.
As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients ranging from ages 2 to 21, who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your schedule will be based on the availability and location of your clients.
Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) include:
· Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in both home and clinic settings.
· Supervising and training Behavior Techs/RBTs.
· Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, while managing daily data collection.
· Conducting individualized behavior analysis assessments, such as VBMAPP, FBA, VINELAND, SRS, etc.
· Completing initial assessments and semi-annual reports, in accordance with company standards.
· Participating in scheduled team meetings.
· Engaging in monthly meetings with the Clinical Supervisor and CEO to discuss caseloads and supervision techniques.
Qualifications of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
· Possession of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, along with BCBA certification (required).
· Maintain credentials with the BACB.
· Acquire and maintain licensure with State Boards.
· Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
· Previous experience in both in-home and clinic settings.
· Possession of a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. Travel is required, constituting approximately 50% of the role.
· BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
· Complete and pass a Background Check.

We offer a competitive salary range starting at $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 billable hours a week.
