Benefit Allocation Systems is looking for a Jr EDI Coordinator. The Jr EDI Coordinator is a member of the EDI Team responsible for client data support, management and implementation.

This position is hybrid and will require some in-office work (as needed) in our King of Prussia office. BAS’ standard work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
BAS requires employees to be fully vaccinated. Full vaccination is considered to occur two weeks after the J&J vaccine or the second dose of the Pfizer/Moderna vaccine. You must be able to meet these requirements to be considered a qualified candidate for the position. You will have to provide BAS a copy of your vaccine card or doctor record showing full vaccination on the first day of employment.
About BAS
BAS develops and supports one of the nation’s leading Software as a Service employee benefit administrative solutions for employers called MyEnroll360. MyEnroll360 provides clients with a private, secure online system for their employees’ benefit plan enrollment and administration. Clients use MyEnroll360 to communicate with BAS so BAS can provide administrative services for employer-provided insurance benefits.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The Jr EDI Coordinator Services supports BAS’ customers’ electronic data interchange needs and is responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving data discrepancies. The Jr EDI Coordinator works with customers, carriers and internal team members while supporting the EDI team.
o Generate and send regularly scheduled eligibility files to insurance carriers
o Send payroll deduction files to client and/or payroll vendor
o Load payroll import files into MyEnroll360 to update employee demographic data
o Generate self-billing reports
o Process assigned files and address fallout in a timely and professional manner
o Review carrier reports to reconcile participant enrollment data
o Develop and maintain professional relationships with personnel at carrier organizations and/or clients
o Analyze error reports
o Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal team members
o Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of handling client data as well as strict adherence to rules in the treatment of PHI and PII

Requirements
