We are seeking a fulfillment analyst who will contribute to project deliverables and assist with data analysis. Analyst will apply company and departmental policies and procedures in performing quality assurance on data files with print partner. Analyst will assist with basic administrative support for customers fulfillment series with management oversight and support. This role with work with internal customers and external customers when necessary for collaboration. This role requires documentation of communication and maintaining accurate and up-to-date status of all triage actions performed with case management system.
Responsibilities:
Applies company and departmental policies and procedures to resolve and respond to customer issues and requests
Assists with basic technical, navigational, and administrative support for customers with management oversight and support
Assists with maintenance of customer specific knowledge documentation specific to their role
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
S. or B.A. required
0-2 years’ experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support-related roles
Industry knowledge and experience is a plus: Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, and Healthcare
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HTML, basic SQL, or report creation experience desired
