The primary role of the Medicaid Verification Specialist is to ensure that our patient’s insurance is verified accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Deliver highly efficient, timely and customer service-oriented support to the field offices.
- Assist the Medicaid Team Lead in optimizing the efficiency of the Central Verification Team, to enable the offices to better serve our patients through building teamwork and encouraging excellence in service.
- Work at a pace that allows the offices to provide quick and compassionate care.
- Responsible for answering specific inquiries from the field offices.
- Responsible for following up escalated communications according to protocols.
- Verifying Medicaid patients
- Answering Hunt Group phone calls from field offices
- Respond to rapid verification requests from field offices when required
- Review service limits for accuracy
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Compassion and high level of service for our clients, internal and external
- Integrity, always doing the right thing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

- Computer skills: Microsoft Office programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a medical or dental office
- Experience with Medicaid Insurance

Salary : $30,300 - $38,300
