Busy Personal Injury Law Firm Looking For a Call Center Superstar!
Berg Injury Lawyers is looking for a Call Center Reception Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients.

Individual must have excellent communication, organizational skills and be a team player. We are looking for someone that can be confident in letting our callers know that they called the right Law Firm, handle multiple phone lines, can multi-task, and sound professional at all times.
When someone is injured or a victim of a personal injury, they call our law firm for help. When prospects call, they are in an emotionally volatile place. Our Specialists are the first line of support to "take callers by the hand" and walk them through our intake process so they can get the help and support they need. Berg Injury Lawyers is looking for superstars with exceptional telephone and sales skills while being empathetic and sympathetic to injured callers.

Primary responsibility will be to answer and route calls and screen prospective client calls. Other job duties include data input, generating documents and general office work as assigned. This is a full time position. Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Great Place to work with room for advancement. After one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k Plan. In addition to salary, there are opportunities to make bonus.
