Berger and Company, Certified Public Accountants is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person must be professionally minded and possess the skills required to succeed in a busy office environment. Someone with clerical experience or an accounting student would be best suited for this position. The position does have flexibility to work with your current schedule but some Saturdays from January through April may be required. Full time employees are qualified to receive benefits.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones

Scheduling appointments

Assembling tax returns

Client correspondence

Processing payments

Filing and other clerical duties

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

Professional work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
