Location: Bergey's Subaru- Hanover, PA
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Help schedule clients for service scheduling needs by taking their calls, emails, chats, and setting appointments
- Complete ongoing customer data base training
- Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral and repeat business
- Other tasks as assigned.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
