Location: Bergey's Commercial Tire, Telford PA
Summary:
To provide secure and timely driving services to transport products. Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

Essential Duties:
- Timely transportation of product from origin to destination as assigned
- Assist in verification of all outgoing and incoming product for accuracy in terms of size, amount and type
- Collect payments from customers in monetary form acceptable to Company
- Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies delivery
- Maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers & through responsible driving
- Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver’s logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by law and Company policy
- Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations
- Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.)
- Unload product from shipping containers.
- Put stock away in correct locations.
- Ensure that stock is labeled correctly.
- Handle product carefully to ensure it is not damaged.
- Maintain inventory levels by providing accurate cycle counts.
- Detail oriented, always ensuring the right part for the right customer.
- Communicates well with management and team members.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with good driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
