As a result of continued growth Bericap SC, LLC has a full-time, salaried opening for a Customer Service Lead (CSL). The CSL will support and respond to needs and enquiries of new and existing customers, liaise with the Bericap Sales Group and Planning teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Lead are:
- Build relationships with customers to support our integrity core value
- Serve as a primary contact for customers; order placement, tracking, follow-up, quality or service related inquiries
- Execute the order entry process to ensure orders are entered timely and accurately (quantity, price, freight terms, shipping instructions, packaging requirements, delivery date, etc.) Review all orders and customer confirmations for accuracy.
- Ensure a high level of proactive customer engagement with strong communication related to expected service levels, issue resolutions, accounts receivable
- Prepares shipping documentation to support international shipments
- Follow-up proactively with internal departments including quality, sales and planning to ensure customer expectations are met
- Support the process of new customer and new item set-up and maintain accurate customer master files
- Serve as a Power User in QAD and Qlikview, providing support internally where required
- Extraction of sales data to produce reports as required
- Support the transfer of traded product within the Bericap Group for NA customer requirements
- Develop system knowledge to effectively work with customer supply chain solutions
- Act as a key resource for the Sales Group
Qualifications
- Business qualification or equivalent experience in an office/customer facing role
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining flexibility
- Team player with ability to take initiative
