Senior Brand Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
The Program Director, Transformation will manage and coordinate complex projects associated with a wide variety of business transformation opportunities within Berkadia. The Program Director will work directly with the leaders of their assigned businesses, throughout the lifecycle of the projects, to ensure that the specific objectives and results are achieved.
- Manage and oversee multiple, highly complex business process and innovation projects ensuring all agreed upon objectives and deadlines are met
- Lead cross-functional teams of Berkadia professionals to achieve these results
- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders by providing an explanation of project scope, associated costs and resources needed
- Act as a change management champion to generate buy-in among various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Regularly communicate current and projected updates, successes and issues to stakeholders, business leaders and the Management Committee
- Continuously identify additional transformational and innovative opportunities that align with the company’s strategic vision
- Other duties as assigned.
What someone will need to be successful in this role
- Adhere to Berkadia’s policies and exhibit proficiency and understanding of Berkadia’s Values and position-specific skills.
- Minimum of three years of experience in managing project resources
- Minimum of five years of experience working on innovation or transformation related projects including scoping, identifying deliverables and expected outcomes, engaging stakeholders, and delivering expected results
- Comfortable presenting and interacting with C-level executives
- Ability to manage change and adapt to constantly changing needs and scope
- A self-starter that can operate with minimal supervision and direction
- Experience mentoring and developing team members
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
