Five-Week Attendance and Student Support Manager

Job Description: Under the general direction of the Five-Week Program Directors, and working closely with the Five-Week Summer Performance Program Office, the Attendance Manager is responsible for collecting and organizing attendance data for Five-Week students, as well as enforcing attendance policies and communicating with parents as needed. Capabilities: • computer literacy in Mac, PC required • customer service background, excellent communications skills strongly preferred • experience in music education • general clerical skills • strong organizational skills Duties will include: • logging attendance data submitted by teaching staff • meeting with absent/late students to firmly enforce attendance policies • communicating with parents regarding student attendance matters • communicating with and following up with teaching staff regarding attendance issue This position will run from Wednesday, June 28 until Friday, August 11 This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an “at will” employment relationship.
