Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, processing incoming/outgoing mail, receiving deliveries, performing administrative support tasks, answering, screening, routing calls and relaying messages. Key functions include but are not limited to:
- Assist with building operations/facilities management.
- Perform administrative responsibilities for operating companies on a timely basis (i.e. typing, preparing travel and expense reports)
- Maintain building security list.
- Order office and pantry supplies
- Book conference rooms
- Ensure Certificates of Insurance (COI) are in compliance and secure freight elevator prior to office deliveries
- Assist Finance Department with confirming banking details with vendors in order to issue payments.
- Act as a backup to Claims Coordinator when needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Administrative support experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong customer service skills

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees including:
- Base Salary Range: $45,000-$70,000
- Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus
