• Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in chemical engineering.
• Prior utility, energy or renewable industry experience helpful.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize patterns in data, information or events, to draw logical conclusions, to evaluate methods and procedures and to make recommendations for actions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to transmit information accurately and understandably.
• Software skills to develop spreadsheets for data analysis. \Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Work with chemists, chemical and process engineers, analyze data from processes and experiments, suggest improvements and assist in the basic interpretation and verifying compliance with engineering standards and practices.
• Conduct research and analysis activities according to applicable regulations, manufacturing processes or other considerations and approve modification of standards, specifications and processes.
• Review research, testing, quality control and other operational reports to ensure that quality standards, efficiency and schedules are met.
• Prepare reports and technical papers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
