Job Description*
Job Title: *Business Call Center Representative
Location: Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Pay: $13/HR plus Commission Structure!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM or 11:30AM-8PM; both schedule options include Saturdays 9AM-6PM (Sundays and one weekday off)
Our Business Call Center Representatives are responsible for generating leads in support of the sales department goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet the Internet Department (BDC) daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives.
- Heavy outbound calls.
- Write and send 40 - 60 emails per day
- Follow up with customer vehicle inquiries properly and effectively to maximize internet lead opportunities.
- Attend all dealership training meetings, product training and launches
- Effectively utilize our CRM-Customer Relations Management database.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 years of call center experience, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
