What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Equestrian Coach position at Berry College?
Job Description:
Reporting to the Head Equestrian Coach, the candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach with the organization, supervision, and administration of the IHSA & NCEA equestrian program. The candidate will also demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to a liberal arts education, Division III athletics, and an appreciation for and commitment to all IHSA, NCEA, Southern Athletic Association (SAA), and institutional rules and regulations. Other duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, recruitment of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, practice and show preparation, alumni relations, equipment management, travel logistics, and a commitment to the student-athletes academic progress and degree completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Previous coaching and teaching experience on the collegiate level is preferred.

This is a stipend position as an assistant equestrian coach.
