Berry Global is currently looking for a Global Treasury Director.  The position will report to the Vice President of Treasury. Their role will be to oversee all treasury operations in specified regions, as well as develop and implement initiatives that align with our Corporate goal to maximize profit through efficient cash utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in global treasury and risk management
• 5 years managerial experience
• High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to build relationships and trust across the organization
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Shows a positive attitude, even through adversity

Responsibilities

• Oversight of regional daily cash position, banking activity, and banking relationships
• Oversee global cash movement and repatriation in collaboration with legal, tax and accounting teams
• Manage foreign currency positions
• Assist with regional financing and investing opportunities
• Manage cash forecasting models in coordination with regional finance teams
• Streamline workflows and maintain global financial policies/procedures
• Manage regional treasury team
• Oversight of regional insurance program
• Perform other duties as assigned
