Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate all aspects of ISO 9001-2015; ISO/ IEC 17025-2017; minimum requirements of IATF 16949 (MAQMSR) standards and ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ISO documentation, training and team development to ensure compliance.
- Report performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Work with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system.
- Assist in updating procedures at plant level.
- Monitor and oversee internal audit program and oversee outside audits.
- Work with Quality Assurance to manage Corrective Actions in CPro Database.
- Organize and present pertinent data at the quarterly Business Review.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience in a similar capacity required
- Strong verbal and written abilities. Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications and data entry required.
- Strong organization skills preferred.
