Daily responsibilities include but not limited to being able to plan, organize, and direct sales employees to maximize their potential, establish a sales objective for the department each month, achieve forecasted sales by following (and if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action. Monitor sales employees daily performance and compare it with that month's objective, coach, counsel, supervise and delvelop sales employees. Maintain dealership standards, understand departmental financial data. Maintain a self development program and meet the highest personal and professional standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel & Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
