Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions in the ICU
- Providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients
- Administering medications while ensuring accurate dosages and proper documentation
- Utilizing advanced life support measures when necessary
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute comprehensive care plans
- Responding to emergencies and assisting physicians during procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and reports

Qualifications and Skills:
