What are the responsibilities and job description for the Date Entry Specialist position at Besson Management?
Our Data Entry Specialist for our Onsite and Road Service Department has become the largest administrative team in our company. As our company grows through the US, our team will continue to grow with it. This team works together in all aspects of assisting our customers. In this department we dispatch service calls, update customers on repairs, create repair estimates, request purchase orders, finalize invoices and submit to customers for payment processing. Our team works closely with the parts department to ensure all parts are correctly billed to each task. We at Deaton do all this so that our customers are provided with quality service and products to keep them on the road instead of on the side of it.
Skills Needed:
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in MS Excel
Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrates the ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
Employee must have an articulate and courteous phone voice.
Ability to set priorities and accomplish duties with little supervision and direction in a timely manner.
Nice to Have:
Strong math skills with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Experience in a parts or service center related field
High School Diploma or equivalent
