F&I Manager - Essential Duties
· Contract new business, sell and close deals
· Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
· Generate finance income on all sold customers
· Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
· Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
· Contract or collect all money at closing
· Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
· Maintain a working knowledge of leases, “balloons”, etc.
· Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
· Understand all programs and rate options offered by lenders
· Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
· Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life
· Travel to multiple branches in South Texas
Requirements:
- Two years as an F&I Manager or assistant preferred
- Fleet experience preferred
- Bilingual required
- Travel Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
