This role is designed to work in a hybrid model which would have individuals in the office on average 3 days per week. All applicants must live or be willing and able to relocate to a commutable distance to the corporate campus in Richfield, Minnesota.
The Digital Content Publisher will execute the plan and manages content for the weekly promotions for the online customer experience. This position delivers on the outlined business strategies across all digital views for their assigned area/category. The Digital Content Publisher oversees and executes the creative timelines and tracks deliverables across the creative teams to ensure experiences are launched on time. They are responsible for the build, QA, and publishing of creative assets/experiences on the site. They will be the support partner for the E-Commerce Category and/or Marketing Teams to develop and execute promotional focused initiatives online for their assigned area/category. This role manages a high volume of projects and late requests that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload. This role will also help with special projects or requests needed for the Digital Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1) Functional and Technical Knowledge
- Creates timelines and deliverables for creative teams and tracks via workflow tool to ensure deadlines are being met, dependencies established and risks are mitigated.
- Creates and manages the planned weekly site content updates
- Facilitates meetings to clearly understand the business need for weekly promotions and recommends solutions based on technical capabilities and customer experience.
- Effectively communicates on project status, deliverables and upcoming deadlines to creative and business teams. Attains strong knowledge of widget and template capabilities and site standards.
- Builds, QAs, and publishes site updates using content management tools and systems.
- Ensures reviews are routed to the appropriate stakeholder and approval is gained.
- Active participant in the testing of experiences to ensure quality assurance is achieved and identified issues are resolved prior to launch.
2) Business and Industry Expertise
- Proactively works with digital content team, business partners and key stakeholders to understand the business priorities and determines how to best leverage creative content to achieve those goals.
- Plans, manages and delivers digital experiences in service of business strategies to drive the overall business performance
- Utilizes analytics and reporting to evaluate performance on experiences and provide recommendations on low/no value work.
- Builds collaborative partnerships with business leads and cross-functional partners and demonstrates category expertise.
- Identify and share out best practices.
3) Project Leadership
- As the E-Commerce digital creative expert, shares site standards, brand guidelines, widget usage, and best practices of UI/UX with cross-functional partners to plan for and deliver financial goals.
- Partners with other team members on cross-category initiatives and actively participates in role group meetings.
- Works to eliminate roadblocks and get to resolution on issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years project coordination/management and/or traffic management experience
- 2 years working with workflow tools and/or project management software
- 1 year of working with Content Management tools, page publishing tools and/or other web tools
- 2 years of E-Commerce, retail and/or industry experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
