Kohler Experience Center Store Coodinator

Pay: Hourly pay $18.00 up to $23.00

Shift: This is a 37.5 hour, five day work week including Saturday or Sunday.

Store Coordinators work in a professional and team driven environment by greeting customers, managing showroom traffic and assisting with event planning. Best promotes an environment of growth and this role serves as an entry point for someone without previous industry experience to grow into a sales consultant within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet customers and monitor showroom traffic.
• Prepare follow-up emails to customers per the #followup channel in Teams
• Log into Kohler Chat daily and direct clients to appropriate party
• Follow up on Kohler Microsite emails
• Check stock and set-up deliveries
• Take Payments and place small orders for customers
• Work with Sales Consultant on design services

Qualifications:

• Energetic personality that can quickly instill confidence in those whome they engage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with clients on phone and in person.
• Proficient computer skills.
• 1 years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. They also handle tile and plumbing samples up to 10 pounds and are required to sit and stand throughout their 7.5-hour daily shift.
