Guest Services Agent- Full-Time, Fast-Paced, Knowledgeable

The Position: We are currently hiring for a Guest Services/Front Desk Agent. Starting at 12-14/hr. The position is for 1st shift, 6am-2pm, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Checking in/out guests.
Overseeing the morning breakfast needs (cooking, prepping, cleaning)
Creating/editing reservations through our PMS system
Running laundry cycles
Creating wedding/business blocks
Authorizing corporate credit cards/accounts
Stocking coffee/dry goods in Business Center
Catering to guests needs
Reporting any room/property damage to management/maintenance
Requirements: To fulfill this position the required requirements are as follows;
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- Min. 1yr applicable Hotel Experience
Preferred Requirements;
- Bilingual (english/spanish)
- Experience with PMS systems
- Ability to stand/sit up to 8 hrs
