As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests during banquets, weddings, conferences, and other special events. - Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all tables are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next course.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a banquet server is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus!).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility in working hours, as events may occur on evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays if required.
- Uniform: Black long-sleeved collared dress shirt, black slacks & black slip-resistant tennis shoes.
Hours: Days and Shifts vary.
Pay: $15/hr.
