BestNest is currently seeking to contract a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to provide services within a prestigious hospital in Mission Viejo, CA.
Rate: $20 P/H
Location and shifts available:
3- month assignment with a high possibility of extension/perm hire.
- 5*8 Morning Shift
- Must be flexible with time and days

Responsibilities
- Scheduling coordinators work in a variety of corporate settings and manage the calendars and agendas of key personnel.
- They arrange appointments, book venues for scheduled meetings, and make travel arrangements.

- 1 year of experience
