Summary
Primarily responsible to process referrals for Bethanna’s CUA. This includes receiving referrals from all referring agencies/sources, following up all referral via phone contact with in the same business day, obtaining all necessary admissions information, obtaining necessary background records and evaluations, assess appropriateness to continue the admissions process, schedule and conduct the pre-placement interview, obtain the necessary signed consents from the legal guardian, make sure that all funding issues and paperwork are arranged/set up, facilitate the admissions of the client into the appropriate program.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in the field of Social Work or a related field. Experience in child welfare, casework, or child care is beneficial. Experience working with children and families is preferred.
