Permanency Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for developing and recruiting foster families, specialized behavioral health care givers, adoptive families, and respite resources. The Recruiter also serves as a public relations function to promote general awareness of and interest in the service aspects of the Bethanna ministry and programs. Some of the duties that would be performed are developing andscheduling recruiting events, developing relationships with local churches and other organizations that would assist in the recruitment of Foster Parents. The position would also develop recruiting strategies for the suburban counties of the Philadelphia area, specifically Delaware Co.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in the field of social work or a related field. Experience in Child Welfare is preferred.
A vehicle is needed, but not for transporting clients.
