Responsibilities Include: |

|
Greet Members as they enter the Credit Union, explaining and promoting products or services such as Certificate Accounts, Money Market Accounts, Savings, Checking Accounts, Mortgages, and all consumer loan products. |

|
Assist with coin machine issues and problems, including contacting Coin Star when needed |
|
|
Assist members with access to Safe Deposit area, consisting of opening and closing safe deposit boxes, maintaining member wait list and resetting locks on surrendered boxes in preparation for rental. |

|
Manages flow of member traffic in lobby and utilizes lobby management tools such as UKG Appointments and Lobby Tracking to ensure accurate reporting of members assisted and the availability of representatives in real time. |
|
|
Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position. |
|
Assist with other projects or tasks as needed by management. |
