Better Community Living, Inc. is seeking Home Providers for our Shared Living Program to provide residential support to people with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. Home Providers welcome individuals into their homes, and help enhance their daily living skills and fulfill their goals. BCL, Inc. provides program oversight, support and training.
Home Providers are independent contractors who receive a daily stipend, which in most cases is tax exempt.
We are looking for a Shared Living Provider for an 84 year old male who is fairly independent but may need verbal reminders when it comes to personal care. He is ambulatory but would benefit from a one level home. He has several interests including meditation, art, writing and shopping. He has also had a few of his books published.

Payments: As an Independent Contractor receive a monthly tax free stipend.
