Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our high-performing team.
As a Homeowners Insurance Agent, you will guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, as well as work on building new referral partnerships. As a critical member of our sales and business development team, you will conduct thorough insurance assessments to understand clients' needs and objectives, present and recommend personalized insurance solutions, and close sales to achieve both individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough insurance assessments to understand clients' needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Drive sales through effective presentations and closings, meeting both individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships to broaden the client base.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance product knowledge.
- Educate clients on insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions through clear communication.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- A proven track record of success in sales with 3 years of FL homeowners insurance experience is required.
- 2-20 or 4-40 license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices.
- Bilingual is a plus.
