POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Vacation Home Housekeeper. Experience is a bonus but not required.
Coastal Vacation Properties is committed to maintaining the highest level of quality and standards and it is our team members that help us ensure this. The hired individual will directly report to the head of housekeeping and assistant head of housekeeping. We operate 365 days per year as a vacation rental company. The housekeeping schedule will have the hired individual working 5 days per week from the hours of 9:30 am-4:30 pm. We are a vacation rental company, your duties will include departure cleans, deep cleans, residential cleans, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Mopping and vacuuming
- Dusting and organizing
- Laundry
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Stocking of amenities
- Baseboards
- Window sills
- Outdoor areas
- and more
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
- Have your own transportation.
- Be available all days of the week and during holidays.
- Physically able to lift, bend and move light furnishings as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $15.00-$18.00
