THE OPPORTUNITY
Our startup is currently at a stage of rapid growth, and we are searching for a Talent Generalist to drive our HR initiatives . This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact. This can be a 100% remote role.
Our Talent team prides itself on our flexible approach to HR, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join us. In this role, you will partner with many business functions at the company. You will provide Talent support across the company on a variety of HR-related matters including, but not limited to: new hire orientation, benefits administration, and employee data information - you will be empowered in your role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Successfully operate as a generalist within our Talent Team
- Maintain data within our HRIS
- Support new hire orientation and employee onboarding
- Administer and maintain benefits selections
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2 years of experience working in a Human Resources function within a lean, fast-paced work environment; experience in a high-growth company preferred but not required
- Experience working within an HRIS
- Comfort with high ambiguity and ability to adapt to frequent change and growth
- Ability to work with a very high level of confidentiality and discretion
- An effective communicator and detail oriented
