PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – BEVCO ENGINEERING

Bevco Engineering, a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical control panels, is searching for a Production Supervisor. We need a person who is driven to perfection and is a natural born problem solver. Our highly engineered process needs a person who can hold people accountable to our high standards and is not afraid to “get their hands dirty”. Our next Production Supervisor is a subject knowledge expert who knows how light manufacturing should work.

Job Responsibilities

As a seasoned Production Supervisor, your roles include:

• Ensure quality standards are met and targets established in the QMS are achieved.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees, as well as monitor their performance and progress from production start through shipment.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules optimizing day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
• Hire and lead assigned production staff and provide coaching, training, and feedback
• Lead and support production team to enable a continuous improvement culture.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Prior experience in Electrical product manufacturing with control panel assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, UL508A, and other related quality and electrical manufacturing standards.
• Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical prints and designs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• BS or BA in Engineering, Operations or Equivalent Experience
• Lean Six Sigma Certification desired.
