Beyaz & Patel provides structural engineering services to local, regional, and state agencies in California. Our focus is buildings and water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Structural CAD Drafter, with a minimum of three years of experience.

Description

This is a part to full-time position at our office in Rancho Bernardo in San Diego. Responsibilities include AutoCAD and Revit drafting of concrete and structural steel drawings, including model setup, layering, xrefs, and detailing. MicroStation is a plus, however a willingness to learn is acceptable. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Structural CAD Drafter or Designer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• MicroStation experience is preferred. A willingness to learn MicroStation is a plus.

Requirements

• Has completed CAD and drafting courses at the college level or at trade school.
• Minimum 3 years of recent drafting experience on Structural Engineering projects.
• Minimum 2 years of Proficiency in Revit on Structural Engineering projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organized, problem-solving skills, and a professional and client-service attitude.
