We are looking for an experienced hands-on Concrete Construction Foreman to plan and supervise a wide range of commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in concrete work.

Qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Concrete Industry experience 5 plus years
- Commercial Forman: 3 plus years’ experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Able to read blueprints and plans accurately
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Read blueprints, perform layout, check elevations and grade as needed.
- Manage structural concrete work to include including but not limited to: foundations, footings, walls, pads, formwork, layout and controls, placement, consolidating and finishing concrete.
- Must understand basic concrete principles, systems, etc. as well as concrete calculations for pours.
- Manage field labor and provide field training,
- Scheduling
- Safety
- Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete work.
